My new novel, Through the Eyes of Desperation: The Black Version, is out now in ebook and paperback via Amazon. This book is brutal, nasty, fun, and has plenty of twists and turns. Aron Beauregard wrote the companion novel, Through the Eyes of Desperation: The Red Version. These books are separate novels and can be read independently, but reading together will provide a more comprehensive experience. Each book is full of crossovers and Easter Eggs, detailing a lot more of the devious casino.

For the Better release
The prequel to my award-winning novel, Left to You is done. For the Better is bleak, I’m not going to lie. So much so that my editor, Mary Danner suggested a trigger warning due to the heavy themes in this book. Left to You was an emotional rollercoaster, but For the Better is a gut punch, and then an elbow in the mouth. Followed by a kick to the groin. And when you think the worst is over…then the ending. The coup de grace if you will.
This book covers the missing 70 years from when Josef gets his ‘gift’ (curse?) in Left to You, until the present. I plan to debut this book at Authorcon in April, but it will be very limited. So if you’re attending the event, come find me on Friday night or you might have to wait a month to get it.
I’ve already revealed the cover to my patrons, but I’ll have it for everyone else in the next newsletter.

We’re almost there. A scant month and a half stand between us and this amazing event. Taking place in Williamsburg VA from April 12th-14th, this is the biggest horror book event in the world. Make every effort to attend, or your jealousy will be overwhelming. This organization is amazing and run by some of the most genuine people around. I can’t wait to get back.
